Depending on the requirements, it is possible to add additional components, e.g. a product lifecycle management solution, which creates a connection to CAD systems and design processes when integrated into Dynamics 365.

The cloud-based Azure IoT Suite enables the seamless integration of systems, machines and devices in order to process operational data in real time. For example, information that has already been generated as part of the design process is available to all subsequent processes, including service management and mobile field service.
